Law Internship

The Indian Legal System is one of the oldest legal systems in the entire history of the world. It has altered as well as developed over the past few centuries to absorb inferences from the legal systems across the world. The Constitution of India is the fountain head of the Indian Legal System. It demonstrates the Anglo-Saxon character of judiciary which is basically drawn from the British Legal System. Most of the laws enacted by the British are still in force with modifications. Much of the contemporary Indian laws exhibit substantial American and European influence.

The primary Sources of law are (1) the Indian Constitution (2) Statutes (Legislation) (3) Customary law (4) Case law. The statutes are enacted by the Parliament, Union territory legislatures and State legislatures. There are mainly two categories of law under which the Indian legal system operates, these include-Indian Civil Law and Criminal Law .

4 weeks internship is open to law Students and lawyers from all over the world to acquaint with the Indian laws and legal system prevailing in INDIA.

Internship Training Entails:

Opportunity to work along with Indian lawyers in their Chambers and assist them in their day to day works.

The Intern is required to work on two to three assignments on certain specific Indian Law Subjects.

The Intern will get an International certificate on completion of the internship.

Internee will be provided with Free Accommodation during the internship period.

The 4weeks internship with accommodation is 720 Euros.
